Order Processing
Your order will be processed the same day if you order by 11:00, if we are unable to ship your order for any reason we will contact you straight away and inform you on the situation and issue a full refund if necessary. When your order is placed a confirmation email will be sent with your order number, once we dispatch your order another email will be sent with the tracking information provided by our courier partners.
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address, If you have entered the wrong address please contact us straight away at sales@gibneymodels.co.uk.
Pricing
All our prices are clearly stated on our website and there are no hidden costs.
Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel any purchase without having to give a reason within 14 working days of receiving your order, please notify us at sales@gibneymodels.co.uk.
Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders no matter the value of the order, please refer to the Delivery page for more information.
Damaged Goods
If you have received an order that has been damaged please refer to our Returns policy.
Missing Parcels
The Royal Mail consider a parcel as lost after 10 working days of the due date. In the rare event of a parcel going missing we will not be able to offer a refund or a replacement until the Royal Mail has determined the parcel as lost. All our orders are sent fully tracked for more information please refer to our Delivery policy.
