Returns

If you no longer want an item you have the right to return the product to us within 14 days of the product being delivered under the following circumstances:

  • The returned product is unused in its original packaging.

​

  • You comply with the returns procedure stated below.


 

Returns Procedure

To take advantage of our returns policy you must:
 

  • Email us at sales@gibneymodels.co.uk  informing the particular product you would like to return to us and the date you wish to post the product back to us.
     

  • Provide us with your order number.
     

  • Provide us with the tracking information for the return (if applicable).

 

  • Provide us with the reason for your return.


 

Refunds

We will give you a full refund for any product that is properly returned in accordance with our Returns policy which is listed on this page. If the product is damaged upon receipt the return postage paid by you will be included in the refund.

The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the return.
